We’d been running all of our marketing inhouse, and as we scaled up we we’re running into all sorts of roadblocks to growth, higher cost per trial, increasing churn and overall increasing customer acquisition costs. Hypergiant swung the needle in our favour, their disciplined and ‘test is all’ approach to our PPC lowered our cost per trial dramatically – and through mapping our user journey and setting up marketing automation was able to increase our trials to paid conversion, decrease our overall CAC and lower our churn rate.
